Who we are
This site is run by Kado Beats, LLC, based in Palm Bay, Florida ("Kado Beats," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site, sign up for free beats, buy a product or contact us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name and email address when you sign up for free beats; your name, email, artist name and message when you use the contact form; and your email and the details you enter at checkout. Payment card details are entered in Stripe's secure checkout; we never see or store your full card number. We also keep the contents of your cart so we can remind you about it.
How we use it
To deliver the free beats and products you request, to send receipts and download links, to answer your messages, to remind you about a cart you left, to send emails about new beats and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time), and to improve the site.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run this site: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and our hosting provider. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies to keep your cart and, for the owner, the admin login. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart won't work without them.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you through the contact page. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor valid requests.
Data retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
