Agreement
By using this site or buying from Kado Beats, LLC, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Beats and licenses
Beats are licensed, not sold. Each purchase, including free beats, comes with a license that sets out exactly how you may use the beat (for example distribution limits, streams, music videos and the license term). The license delivered with your purchase controls. Exclusive rights apply only when an exclusive license has been agreed and paid in full. Every beat includes one Kado Beats producer tag at the start; on Studio and Ultimate licenses the tag is on its own stem and can be removed.
Credit
Unless your license says otherwise, you must credit the producer as "Prod. Kado Beats" wherever credits are listed.
Payments
Prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe at checkout. Custom production is quoted by email; mixing and mastering is priced as shown on the Mixing page.
Digital delivery
Products are delivered digitally, by download page and email, right after payment. It's your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to download and keep your files.
All sales are final
Because every product is digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. See the Refund Policy for details.
Custom production and mixing
Custom beats and mixing and mastering are delivered as described in your quote or on the relevant page, including the number of revisions. Turnaround times are estimates and depend on receiving complete files and feedback from you.
Intellectual property
All beats, recordings, text, images and design on this site belong to Kado Beats, LLC or its licensors, except where noted. You may not resell, redistribute, re-license or claim ownership of any beat, or upload it to content-identification systems (such as YouTube Content ID) unless your license allows it.
Free beats
Free beats are provided with the free license included in the download. Signing up adds you to our email list; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kado Beats, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
